Res
by nilla
Was writing Res’ bio (took me a week, is that normal?) and ended up colouring a picture of him.
No, I don’t have any pictures of him where he looks less angry.

Long time writing bio's? Feel you there, I use ages and ages on mine.
I wasn't aware of how dark Res' hair is! It also looks heavy, like gravity is forcing it down, yet you can still see individual strands of hair, it's great! it's a cool effect! I really like the rock on his headpiece. |

The colors of his clothes go so well with and make such a nice contrast to his hair. Love the dark brown! The detailed hair strands are gorgeous.
We need some angry elf once in a while! |

I don't think week is too long a time! it is surprisingly hard to explain others what you see in your head!... anyway! to the art! I also like the crisp colors here and to see him in color! I thought he had completely different colors when I saw uncolored sketches! and gotta say, I like that gem in his headpiece... is it something important or just a gem?...

XD good to hear bios do take a long time to write.
Quote I like that gem in his headpiece... is it something important or just a gem?...It's an amazonite gem. From what I read they're supposed to be immensely good at healing. I ended up using it because Res has a lot of the old powers but he really, really wants to be able to be able heal. Quote I thought he had completely different colors when I saw uncolored sketches! What colours did you think he'd have? =D |
