Dang! you really know how to use white to your advantage... it is always impressive to be able to show lighting with only few colors, I really like the effect! and the mood is very clear here... absolutely nice work from you again!...

Yes, what a wonderful, quiet mourning scene. The empty space really emphasized the emptiness within. Sad and beautiful.

Very effective and sad; you cannot help but feel Sparkle's pain. I love that you used blue (how appropriate) and white for the lighting and darker shades of blue for shading. If I tried, it'd likely look like I had a blue elf that lost a battle with a can of white paint. The pose is so very realistic and relaxed (considering her sorrow). Wonderfully done!

I think one part of mourning is giving in to it. Her shoulders are still hunched, but she also seems to let go (which is in her arms mostly). Very important if you ever want to move on.

Thank you again for this AFKE.  Letting go. . .  moving on . . .   yes - these things we must learn from Sorrow.

Here I just love the way the colors also played a part, not just the wonderful body language, in conveying the depth of mourning she is facing.

Sad and beautiful. With a limited colour palette, you achieved the right mood quite masterfully.
