You did not realize that some thought you were dead. True, you never went into wrap-stuff, but you suppose that some thought you might had died during the long, long wait for the Palace to reappear. Or maybe some thought you died when the Sun Village was attacked by humans. By the Great Sun that event was scary! But not only did you survive, you are now living in the Palace everyone was waiting for so long! It is truly magical to live here, in the place where your ancestors came from.

Decided to contribute to the style swap challenge, and I chose the iconic style of Homestuck. This fandom was the first to push me into drawing, and so I felt it aproperiate, when I heard that Serrin, mother of Bowki was alive. We haven’t seen her yet though, so I interpited her last costume from New Blood. And another thing that I did, was to add color to her skin. In the original style, the skin of the human kids hasbeen left white, as in snow white. This is because the kids are aracial, but the Sun Folk are not, so I felt it aproperiate to fill in her actual skin color.

Not too familiar with homestuck style, to me it seems almost cubist. And that is awesome! I think the colors are 100% palace approved.

Thank you! Trying to figure which of my blues and purples that fit most took ages! And it was fun to draw in this style again.
