Nice! There us just something striking about this kind of flat coloring. Don't think I would be able to pull that off. I dig her hairstyle and her kind expression.

That is really nice! I love the way it makes her eye color pop, and the hair is really well done, and an interesting color. Just one suggestion: her lips look a bit odd, as you've kept them the same shade as the lightest of her skin tone. Lips aren't the same color as the rest of the skin. If you put a little pink on them, that will help them look more natural. (You don't have to do a dark lipstick-color.)

I miss the lips too, in the thumbnail it looks as if she doesn't have any. I love the way you did her hair though, some great contrast in there with the dark shading.

Treefox - Thanks! Acutally this is my first time trying to colour over a grayscale like this, so I'm glad you like it. Ohh I had so much fun with her hair, especially the braids, so it's nice to know other like it too.
Eregyrn - Thank you, I'm glad you like it! Ohh, I haven't even thought about that, but now that you mention it, I can't stop looking at her lips. You're right, they do seem odd. Thanks a lot for the suggerstion! I greatly appreciate it Afke - Ahh yes the odd lips; thanks for sharing that thought. It's always nice to get told things like this, so it can be improved. Like Eregyrn said, the lack of color on the lips was startling. I really like her striking eyes, and the band on her head has a great color. I also like the ear shape.
