Old drawing I did of Arehe. You'll have to excuse how crummy the colors are. I was trying to use pencils and I leaned I just can't use 'em.

Arehe is awesoem and you use colored pencils better than I do. I wish I could draw his face like it is here... So chiseled... |

He seems to be the embodiment of "weary". Love that look on his face. I don't dislike the colors at all. They give this such a classic vintage look somehow. The only thing that I really noticed is, that his arms seem rather short.

I don't think I gave it so much thought at the time of drawing. I was trying to fill the the whole paper at the time, and that meant drawing everything bigger then I was used to. I wouldn't worry about the color pencils. They give a sort of "rough and unpolished" feel to this, like his leathers and spear are worn and unceremonious. Yes, nice chiseled features on this; I can see why he's a popular boy! Maybe that's why he seems annoyed and maybe a bit weary.
