Cone as a High One

What would you look like if you were a High One?
Bleh. Did the sketch a week ago or so, thought it was rubbish, inked it with super cool calligraphy pens, I thought it looked okay, and today I tried to see if they are marker proof.
To my surprise, they are.
Cone was not amused by the sparkles, but whatever.
Colors on the dress is supposed to be lavender, dark green (the belt) and the underskirt is supposed to be white.
