Welcome Rowtiger! A real delight to see your art here!
And what a lovely Vurdah, such an elegant pose and I also like the Sun Village like framing. You draw very nice, fluent and clear lines. |

Actually very happy with this one. Finally channeled onto Wendy art style to mix with mine, now all I need is consistency.

Yes, Ihoped you'd find your way over here as soon as I saw your art on da, which was three hours ago. I admire your clean lines and your skills with pencil. So glad you drew Vurdah, I do wonder what happened to her. Did she survive the war, and did she have a child? Okay, now I am rambling. Very Vurdah pose. Everything is just lovely.

Consistency is not necessary in art, practice is much better. Just keep on working on proportions and shading and such, you'll learn much more from that than forcefully trying to maintain a certain style!

Welcome Rowtiger! You have some beautiful work posted! Of the three, I like this one the best so far because I think the body, especially from the waist up, is drawn remarkably well. Strangely, I love her visible hand, too, even though the wrist seems a little off. I agree she looks a bit sad here, but also perhaps fondly reminiscing. Maybe she's watching the stars and thinking of Skywise; all the joys she had with him and sad that he's gone (Vurdah, you can do better than him!). As for consistency, na; just have fun with it and you'll learn what works best for you.

Thanks everyone, it's awesome to know that i nailed the emotional feel to what I was trying to draw. This image is just past the last panel of her story, where she doesn't go into the hut but goes home alone, looking up at the stars knowing that they are like his heart, something she can see but never touch.

I agre that of your three pencil pieces, I like this one the best. Your pencil work is really gorgeous in all of them, though. But here, I like the whole composition -- the way she's framed, and the way the figure is arranged, and her expression. I also think this is probably the piece where you've captured the small-elf proportions the best.
