...something very eerie happened today. I was going through our ElfQuest storage, to move much of it to a waterproof storage box (until such a time as we have a house, and library, worthy of putting it all on display), and my attention was caught some ElfQuest Holt newletters ("Shade of the Tree" Handbook and zine's 5-8, for Sweetwater Holt). There was the art of a "new" member! Apparently my husband subscribed to your holt back in the day.

So I have to say, seeing your art being uploaded here was a really awesome moment for me.  Some of the people sharing art here are new, to EQ or to to the fanart scene...and some of you/us go very far back.

:love

You . . Are . . Kidding . . .  Que the Scarey music ! There are only four male members I don't know the location of ; Which one did you marry ? ?  I saw my first ElfQuest back in 1980 ( wrote a Piece about it on Deviant Groups ) It shaped my life, simply, and slowly .

Way Cool.  It's like we are related.

Not sure if he was a member for very long, but the zines were addressed to him as "Windwalker" in Finland.

I remember Jan . . . . I still have his original letter to Join.  It has a drawing on it.

Thank you for not saying what Year those Fanzines were.  Tee- Hee

It's a small world...

...aaand plz don't post that drawing I sent you ;)

High Ones, I can scarcely believe I drew, if ever so poorly, back in those days.

Awesome coincidence! The EQ fandom is really closely related.
Apart from that, I like the picture! The curls, colors and clothes! :D
Love that she has expressive eyebrows, that's something we don't see that often.
Hope that you'll be back with more stuff.

I love the way you drew her hair! It's like a character of its own. :)

Eyebrows are my favorite thing.  When I drew a Character for the Holt; you just had to know everything about that  PC, eyebrows included ! After the first six years I sarted to feel like a Forensic Elf Artist. I just loved / love how detailed Gamers are.
