I think that Pike is too often looked at as only comic relief. I wanted to honor his position of memory keeper of the tribe.

Oh, I love this picture! It's great how you show his more sincere side. I really like the fact that Pike isn't just the shallow comic relief.

Beautiful serious picture of Pike... I can just imagine how everyone is hanging on his every word right now, all sitting in a circle around him.

I like it how the flames light his face, all those shades give depth to this picture, and there sure isn't enough serious art about Pike, I actually see Pike as a sad character more than a comical person... just to think how many loved ones he has lost...
