2011 Fan Art Calendar: NOVEMBER
Moments pass; One-Eye's essence is gone but this is a battle of will, Leetah against herself. The Wolfrider wanted, he chose, his spirit howled to be free but the healer wants life and so she presses on, until the faint beat of a heart can be heard and arrogance takes residence in place of a soul.

Wow, Maggie! I sure we'll be seeing more art from you in the future!
This is the one picture where I slapped my forehead and thought: Why didn't I think of this? Brilliant choice! Art-wise I love it, too. The expressions, the colors, the hair, the faces (especially One-Eye), the hands (wow!). |

This picture makes me weep because I love One-Eye and I was always sad that he Died, though he isn't really gone, He is still a fantastic Character, and while I'm glad that Wendy and Richard stayed true to the story I still wish he'd had a bigger part..(makes a mental note to draw him later lol) wonderful work here, I love how you have done the shading and coloring it looks fantastic

Just beautiful. A very powerful moment, and I like the way you've focused in on it so that everything around is dark and blurry except for the characters who are the key elements of the drama. I also have to give especial kudos to Leetah's hands -- so perfectly graceful! -- and One-Eye's face; his closed eye is gorgeous.
