Hope I've managed to capture him somewhat, this is my first (?) piece of mender-fanart... so it's quite simple. I've another one planned, though, so...stay tuned! *shameless self-promotion*

His expression here is sort of nicely innocent... like this is a portrait from just before he realized what a hunk he is. ;-) I think the shine on the necklace came out particularly well; metal is really hard to do!

I hope Songflower appreciates this because I know I do.
I agree with Eregryn that the softness of his expression, pose, and coloration makes him appear younger and more "innocent." You've done a wonderful job with him; I never paid him much attention until now... |
