a picture I sadly had to leave unfinished, because the markers I used on Marut's clothing ran out of ink and I don't have markers the same color! so I leave it here, as it is. if I do find replacement markers, then I'll finish this, but it's looking pretty bad...
anyway, Terra trying to get Marut to dance with her, but Marut might be just too busy changing the string in his bow...

i've had the same problem happen many times to me where I run out of the perfect color pencil (I generally use colored pencils for my stuff) before I finish. I've discovered the perfect color pencil I used for skin tone is no longer being made - ARGH! Anyway, Marut really takes over this illo for me; you really focused on his musculature and were doing so well with the coloring and shading.
