Woodlock, and especially Rainsong are mostly shown as "perfectly assimilated", but I like the idea of them still bounding with wolves and hunt at night, it's in their blood, right?!

You're right!  It's great to see this family given some attention; it seems like they (esp. Woodlock and Rainsong) are often forgotten, just because they *found their place* in the Sun Village.

Ditto Faerydae and Sgaana. :) And I like how you did the beads on the curtains.

I like the liveliness of the gestures and expressions here.  It isn't posed but is instead like a candid photo, which is really neat.  The brushstrokes just add to the liveliness.

I admit I am rather behind on the comics, so I'm not sure if anything was ever really shown. I don't really recall seeing much about the Wolfriders that chose to stay behind in the Sun Village, and I can't imagine they'd just instantly settle in and be farmers. I can easily see them continuing in some degree with hunting, being active at night, and engaging in that sort of pack bonding ritual often observed among canines.
