Our resident plantshaper (would never have guess, right?) in World Paths. She's in Serengeti Mists, Veldtkeepers Holt, that bond with the various herd animals that roam the plains. I believe she's bonded to a gnu. Friendly, playful, and has a habit of collecting seeds, roots, and runners of every plant she comes across for potential future use. She's already saved a couple of characters as a result. Goldensand is Janett Beasley's character.

Wow, I'm just so in love with the outfits you draw! This is especially fabulous! And the hair is gorgeous as usual.

All the credit goes to Janett, but I appreciate the compliments! The swirly things on her arms, legs, earrings, and parts of her (minimal) outfit are actually shaped intricate soft metal. I'm notorious for drawing this design. Janett told me where she wanted it, with feathers, and turned me loose.

It took me longer to figure out what I wanted to do with the background than the work on her. It's so much easier when you don't have to shade in the hair and lots of clothing.
