Leetah gave up a world she loved born beneath the warm rays of the sun, for another life with those she loves in the shadows of night.

I love this, it's beautiful!  Peaceful, but you can feel Leetah's nostalgia for her sunny home.  The sunlight just breaking into the den is very well done.  And I'm so glad to see some "old-fashioned" traditional media!

Gooooorgeous piece...and such a unique, fresh style too!   Those inks are amazing.

Firestorm, if you are out there reading this, we want to see more of your artwork!  And meet you. :D

Waaaaaw, is my first comment to this. Her eyes look longing, but she will stay by his side. And there's so much to see! Awesome colors too, clearly not lighted by broad daylight. Love how you did this!

Again, I'm loving the traditional media.  There is a quality to your inking that reminds me of one of my favorite Golden Age illustrators, Arthur Rackham.

It is just awesome to see the main EQ characters, who everyone draws so much, done in such a different and exciting manner.  There is so much going on here visually.  I admire your attention to detail even in the background (too often neglected, I think).  One feels you could really explore that tree den!

The mood and color contrast come through so well. The inking once more looks effortless... How do you do it?
I love that you create a lot of dark and mythical places in the den. I need to get bolder using dark areas!

Even seeing this at a reduced size at first, it blew me away!  The inking is just so wholistically wonderful, delicate and detailed but very strong and assured. And you handle light and color fantastically.  LOVE the details, like the treeshaped wolf decoration, the sun-and-wolf patterned throw, and Leetah's own golden headband, resting on the "nightstand". Staring at this is so richly rewarding.

This is just beautiful. I wish I was better with backgrounds. I have so many thoughts I could draw if I could just do this. Lovely.

Oh wow! Thank you again everyo one! Though if it wasn't for the gifted people who put together this wedsite and helped me with the computer stuff, or if there wasn't such a large fan base, this picture would have never been created. Please keep up the great work as I enjoy and am inspired by the many priceless pieces of artwork and stories/poems that you post. As soon as my Condo project is completed (2-3 months out) I hope to start posting more work, along with my sister who is also a great fan!
