This character is one of the elves who moved from Stone Tower to Lilac Valley. He is a teacher for our children, and an NPC. He does have a recognized mate, so there will be another picture of him with her eventually.

Is he an NPC? He seems so intent on the birds; what's his story?

He is fascinated by animals and birds in particular. he is somewhat of an expert on Stone Tower wildlife, but in Lilac Valley he is enjoying learning more about their wildlife.
