Don't be too hard on yourself, she does look like a cub to me, so her proportions can't be far off. Perhaps her waist could be less tiny, cubs look more straight to me there, and this makes her look too feminine for her age.

She's really cute with a very fitting, "cubbish" outfit. To draw children is really difficult. Just keep on practicing!

I think that bag of hers is a nice detail, and I like her clothes and face... I haven't really drawn cub elves... should try, though...
