Really love the combination of linework and coloring on this. And the expressiveness is great!
 It almost makes me feel sorry for Scouter, in a way. I realize how this refers to the storyline in which he and Ember were in conflict, and he certainly has become a grumpy elder! But it also just makes me think waaaaay back to the OQ, and the days when Scouter was young and happy-go-lucky and probably a very fun furmate. (And really, he and Ember aren't that far apart in age. I believe he was still a teen when she was born.) |

Yeah, Scouter's descent into jerk-hood is one of the few EQ characer developments that had me up in arms. I miss Peter Pan-Scouter! And then come that big kerfuffle with Ember over the Quiet One, I actually hated him. It makes me sad. When did Scouter become Strongbow with a mean streak?
