I didn't think there was a problem with the lips in the previous illo, but we can all be our harshest critics. The hair is drawn and shaded very well; looks like you've got bleached (or lighter) tips and streaks. Appears to be tribal earrings as well. Overall, I think Wintergreen has a very interesting look to her.
