Jakaan red/yellow

One of my many 'SAANN'* High Ones, named Jakaan. He has a child with Kaslen, named Uli.
Despises Timmain for forgetting about her people and (in his eyes) letting Kaslen die.
I actually had so much trouble with the colour of his clothes I ended up making 3 versions of this one.
Most of the feedback I ever got on him was he looked a lot like Rayek, and I ended up actually making a red/yellow version.
*Still Alive and Not Nice.
