This piece is clearly inspired by Wendy's Redlance in the Sun Village. This was done on purpose, since it was a gift for a friend who's moving to Africa, and whose favorite character is Redlance. This is her elf-self (according to me).

Oh, lovely! Her skin is nice and I like the color of her hair. She brings the vegetation to the sands of africa. What a beautiful gift.
