I loved this drawing the first time I saw it, and after the 40 th time... and I still do! You've captured her perfectly! My favorite parts, if I have to choose is her ears and the smile. And the eyes. And the shading. Actually, I can't pick my favorite part!
Thank you once more for this! ♥ |

The pencil lines are very soft. I love the effect -- what type of pencil did you use?

Startear @ Haha, glad to hear it, darling As long as you're happy with it.
Razzle @ Thank you =) I used a regular 2B 0.5 mm pencil for the initial linework. Then I used a 2B Monolith pencil for the shading and finishin touches. Hope it helps~ |

Of all your cannon art, I think this is the best one. You captured not only Winnowill's appearance exceptionally well, but also that hint - the gleam of something...MORE to her character just under the surface. She may be smiling, but that smile is not entirely a friendly welcome, and that is so Winnowill.
I am a HUGE fan of b/w pencil work and I'm thrilled to see so much of it. You can really capture light and shadow effectively that can often be overlooked when using color or other media. Keep them coming, Icebird! |

Thank you so much! I can't tell you how delighting it was to read your feedback. Brought a smile to my face. I'm glad I captured Winnowill's characteristics, both physically and those beneath the surface. Thank you for thy kind words, lady <3

You definitely captured her characteristics quite well! I like that the expression is subtle. Her whole feather wear is lovely. I like that you hinted at a fur dress. I think fur suits Winnie!
