The look on Ekuar's face is priceless, like a child having the time of his life. Rayek, that expression...haha...well anything that pisses him off is good with me. This is just a great scene, so much going on and a wonderful sense of fun.

Wonderful, Berit! Ekuar does indeed have a child-like expression here. I think once he was freed from slavery he always lit up very easily.

Heheheh, there's quite some emotion and alot of dynamics within this one! Ekuar looks surprised, but fairly happy by the zesty way of life the Go-Backs have. Rayek seems more staggered than positively surprised, though...

Haha, great one, Berit! Ekuar is having the time of his life and finally enjoying some lighter times! Rayek doesn't seem to like the seeming "disrespect" shown to his master here.

I think this is one of my favorite images for this year! There is so much going on here! The action, as Kahvi is swinging Ekuar around, the childlike glee and surprise on Ekuar's face, how Yif is pushed back, Rayek's indignation! And Urda watching this with amusement! Not to mention the warm light and the lively inking! Was it done with ballpoint pen? It looks blue in some places!
