I like how you've integrated several seacreature elements in their skin and hair. They totally blend in with the ocean.
The kid looks so cute, though comparing his eyes with hers, I think he could've used bigger ones as well. His body says kid but his face says adult. |

The details on this is simply stunning. Again, I just love pencilwork and your style. GORGEOUS! I have to agree with Afke; the child's eyes seem a bit small compared to his mother's, and with his age, I almost think it would be better to have a pudgier face. Still, this is far better than I could ever manage.

Wow! such soft pencil work! gives so much depth to it! very nice! I also like the elements from different marine life you've added to them, She looks kind of protective, like she wasn't sure if it was safe to let go of the child yet...
