Ok, ok this is lame. I don't know if full body was a requirement of this challenge but as you can see I fell a little short of that. ;D

I didn't really have the time (in the end) for this challenge but I felt like a total hypocrite saying you should all participate more at the site and then I balk at the last moment on a challenge I said I would complete.

Anyway, I've been feeling like Treestump needs a little extra lovin', you don't see a lot of fan art with him. I opted out of doing him with his ZZ Top beard though.

Enjoy his elder sexiness...

Lame? Still better than MY submissions. I am still so incredibly envious of your coloring talent, not to mention your style. Yes, there's something in this illo that makes him appear young, despite his beard, but you can definitely see the sexy elder. I can understand the time element; it's why I did black and white instead of color - takes less time for me to get something done. Anyway, gorgeous as ever; great to have new art from you!

@Amberfox...huh better, no way. I wish I could draw with as much detail as you.

@Silentleaf I meant lame as in, not as detailed as everyone else's, I wish I had a little more time for the rest of his bod and a decent background. ;D BTW I've never seen Game of Thrones which character does he look like?

Yes I agree with you this one is lame,  but  the coloring is wonderful.   Love your shading.   I always love your elves.   It is not the colors that make it bad his body looks too thin he should be more bulky.  He looks under feed compared to his head.  The Tyrion actor does come to my mind too.  Do not worry you tried and it is better then what I could have done.

Did you know that little cutie plays in the X-men  Movie "Days of Futures past" too.

Any picture that gorgeous can't truly be lame. :D His buffness may not have reached the peak of his ZZ Top times yet, but this just adds to his younger appearance. His just look so gentle! And the autumn colors just support his golden glory so well!

Treestump for the win! I probably should participate too! (I remember someone saying that these art challenges don't end) anyway! cool picture! I like the soft lineart and how calm/happy he looks here...
