I am glad that your Recognition time Scouter looks so likeable. He really looks mature in your pics, while still being handsome. And his body is nice!

I love how you managed to make me somehow not hate Scouter. I am not a fan of him at all but you made him look like he's a nice guy rather than a grumpy little self-entitled b@%*!

This turned out great, LaMara! I admire how clean your inks and coloring are...so polished and professional looking.
(I also have to compliment you on how you've improved since your 2010 entry. Your anatomy and use of colors have come far.) |

Thank you so much for your attention and kind comments! I'm so happy to read them!
I tried to make him more mature, wise and kind of at peace with himself after all that happened. I really like him, I think he is very interesting character and I wanted to do him justice. I do feel like he is a nice guy and I tried to project my feelings on the drawing  Thank you so much again for all your help and advices, Foxeye! You helped me so much! And it's really great to hear that I have improved, for me it's important to hear it, because I often think I'm not nearly good enough and almost don't develop. |

Hey :-) ... Scouter, the Elder looks good! Rougher edges, determined where necessary but at ease with himself again. He has matured in a good way ... actually remembers very much of his father.

I admit it is really great to see Scouter in some pose other than grouchy or insanely mean. I thought it was sad the direction he went, although I didn't read much of those tales in the comics. Anyway, I have to agree that Scouter the Elder looks more mature and at peace with himself and life in general. Nice fluid overall composition and great action pose.
