Jadestone and Clawthorn

Jadestone, Loom's mother, came from a Trading family who hailed from the north-eastern mountains. However, she never got to see these mountains for the first twenty years of her life, as the war between the southern and eastern empire started to move northwards, forcing her family to flee from the oncoming storm.
Clawthorne, Loom's father, was the product of the Go-Back Branchwalker and the infamous southern troll queen Bunt "the beautiful". Due to his talents inherited from his father (mental sending, ability to hear sendings) he served as his mothers most effective "asset" against the eastern forces.
He was able to flee from his mother's grasp, and along the way met his future wife.

Romantic drama and hijinks ensue.

Just decided to show off my reboot OC's. Clawthorn and Jadestone is a very "MY HEART, OH WHY DOTH THOU HURTETH ME" kind of OC-relationship.

This image depicts a scene I had in my head for a long time: The part where Clawthorn takes off the hood and does the whole "DRAMATIC REVEAL I AM A HALF-TROLL" shtick, while Jade is all like "NO WAY YOU HALFA?!!! OH THE CONFLICTION".

The lack of a lovely trollish green skin should've hinted something was...different about him. It's a really fun and good drawing, conveys the idea extremely well. Clawthorn's nose seems a little odd; the shading makes it appear as though it is a beak or an attachment over his true nose as it's much lighter than the rest of his face.
