I love that blue lineart! I am glad you left it. Gives it an expressionistic, artistic look.
And I like her hair, I wouldn't have thought that you don't like to draw hair. Nice reddish-brown tone, goes so well together with those deep green eyes. |

You shouldn't have mentioned the blue lines as being left by mistake (or laziness). I thought they were intentional, giving this illo a feel of modernism (in terms of art), which seems to go along with "nameless, random elf." I don't have a problem with it. In fact, I think all of the colors used work really well; the auburn hair, green eyes, yellowish skin tone, bright red lips, and sort of pinkish-blue straps for her top. Then you have the repeated motif of green and blue in the background; it all comes together very nicely. She's lovely.
