I was already wondering why you wouldn't post the entire picture... perhaps you could take a photo of it?
I'd love to see it. These little bits are so great, but as a whole I'm sure it'll be even better! |

The human is Khorbasi, Yun's adopted son. I love how expressive he is. That slightly lopsided mouth as he sleeps - just perfect. Wonderful how free and lively the pencils are here, I hope you can get the whole thing posted. I often have to scan my large work in two or more pieces and splice them together in PS. Did that for the originals of "Full Circle" too. Just get them on the scanner square or you'll never get the pieces lined up!
Hey - why aren't you doing Khorbasi for the calendar?

Good to see a fanart piece with Khorbasi. Humans don't show up often enough. Just have to adore your pencil work. Kind of agree with windrider, I hope you can upload the whole thing one day.

Don't feel bad, Tevokkia, I haven't even read the issue(s) where Yun adopted a human kid. Wow, now I REALLY feel behind on my reading. I really like how Scouter and Krim came out in this; they are immediately identifiable and drawn extremely well. Again, I am a HUGE fan of pencil work because there is so much more it seems you can achieve with the medium than any other in terms of shading, highlights, and subtle linework. You've done such a beautiful job with this; how large is the complete illo?

Thanks for the kind comments, I was really happy with how the characters turned out!
@Amberfox - it's really not that big -- just big enough to be a pain for scanning it's 11"x14" which I have scanned and am working at putting back together!
