My attempt at Reef and a representation of Autumn. Again, I really wanted to draw characters that don't seem to have much or any time in the spotlight, so I chose him. Okay, he's also cute, so I gave it a go. Autumn is often defined by the changing colors and falling of leaves, so now that Reef has been liberated from Winnowill's shapechanging/fleshshaping, I thought he'd revel in all the simple pleasures life has to offer, maybe a playful game of catching leaves before they fall into the water.

I also really like his look! And he looks so happy and joyful in your picture! There is something very pleasing in the interaction of sky and water here. Makes me yearn for autumn! Your inking is so gorgeous and clean, I can just stare at it in awe.

He is so jumping right off the page ! This pose is just a wonderful match for him. You always capture the comic page feel to your inks,also, AMBERFOX and I love how you combine playful and vibrant here.

Thank you, ladies! The challenges have brought me out of my drawing funk and even encouraged me to submit for the calendar. Glad you like this. I think this was the first one I thought of, again, mostly because we don't see a lot of art dedicated to him...and he is really rather sexy. Strange...I normally don't like seafood...
