I like this one. I think it's that you don't see a Go Back sitting in quiet reflection all that often, so it's like seeing a unicorn, or Big Foot, it's a rarety. The texture adds to the image as well, it's just all-around lovely and calm. Plus your work always gives me an old animation vibe, like the characters could start going about their business at any moment.

I don't know why, but I've always really liked Urda, and you really captured her in this. I am also really drawn to the calm, quiet mood of this, like she's truly taking in the spring and reflecting on a new year (much like the rest of us at the moment I'm typing). I like that the reindeer was included, she seems to have a close bond with it, and it's great to see that. Wonderful image for spring, and with a great character!

This is really the perfect pic for February. I also always liked Urda and you captured her soooo well! I love the way you drew her nose! The reindeer is beautiful and adds to the calm introspective atmosphere. The colors you chose are so pleasing and calming. Really wonderful work.

There is such a nice, quiet mood in this. Love the interaction between her and the deer. They are having such a calm,peaceful time together. Almost retrospective. I am particularly drawn to the background, the way it slopes, it is very effective. Wonderful work! =D

I recognize the style. The scenery looks like a northern country.
 Quite calm, early spring showing first sprouts while there are still patches of snow. A journey for introverts, just you and the animal outsides in nature in the fresh air.The metal spiky horn-tips make is subtly dangerous, though. The noisy textures give it the appearance of an older photo. |

Huh, this is a character I have not thought of as an elder. Great choice! I really like her pose and that deer is just stunning! Wonderfully done.
